Cait won 2nd place in Elite Women and I got 7th place in Experts. Last round of the Irish XC NPS is on next weekend at Tymon Park, Tallaght and is organised by IMBRC.

XC NPS Round 6: Djouce Woods
Tough race yesterday. Round 6 was organised by EPIC up at Djouce Woods and the course included some legendary trails such as XTC and Benchcut. Unfortunately all the rain over the last week made the course very muddy, but it held up well considering the conditions. The laps were long so Sports did 2 laps, Juniors/Experts/Masters/Vets/Elite Women did 3 and Elite Men 4 laps. The course was very technical with many climbs on singletrack which added to the difficulty.
