More success for UCD Ladies

In what has already been a very successful season for the UCD ladies, Niamh Stephens and Ingrid Owens have added their names to the list of honours.

Niamh won her first race in Round 6 of the Boot Inn in Dublin. She just managed to hold off the scratch group and outsprinted breakaway companion Amanda Corey to take the win.


Ingrid had success at the Murphy & Gunn International Trophy on the track. She came 3rd in the Ladies 6k Scratch race and was named best newcomer at the meet.

Louise Moriarty continued her impressive season with 8th place in the Tour de Bretagne Féminin UCI 2.2 ranked race. Louise is racing internationally with the Global Racing Team/WinningSolutions during the summer
